蛋煎面

今天睁开眼就看见江美人分享 Wendy Kwan的 polka dot noodle omelet.
我也起身乱搞一下。 孩子和老公很喜欢。很有新鲜感。

食谱参考wendy kwan

蛋煎面 

材料 :
一包面
二粒蛋( 打散放少许盐)
热狗适量
蕃茄适量
芝士( 个人喜好)

面的调味 : (个人喜好,调配)
Mayonnaise 1tbsp
松䇯粉 适量
胡椒粉少许
温水1 tbsp

做法:
1.把面烫好沥干水 (我烫两分钟, 别烫太软,我家人爱吃qq的)
2.把调味料拌入面内备用
3.用不沾平底锅放少许油,热油。
4.小火, 放入热狗与蕃茄后倒入一半蛋液
5.蛋开始半凌固,铺入面条,然后再倒入剩下的蛋液。
6。蛋熟了,用铲把蛋面对半折,铲起盛碟即可享用。

*松䇯粉是felicia姐姐帮我买的。 价格还蛮贵的, 它比一般调味粉好。 较健康的选择。

**Polka Dot Noodle Omelette**

Ingredients
3 Eggs
1pkt Egg noodles
1/2 Tsp salt
11/2 Tbsp oil
1/2 Tsp Chicken powder
11/2 Hot dog, cut sliced
1/2 Japan cucumber, cut sliced
4 Cherry tomatoes, cut sliced

Method
1. Drop noodles into boiling water. Cook for 4 mins.
2. Drain the water and toss with chicken powder, noodles mix well with a fork.
3. Whisk the egg, salt with fork and set aside.
4. Heat the oil in a pan, arrange the Japan cucumber, hot dog, cherry tomatoes and pour in half the egg mixture. 
5. When the egg mixture is about 3/4 done, spread cooked noodles on the omelette evenly.
6. Lower the heat and pour the remaining egg mixture to cover the noodles.
7. Slide a flat spatula under the omelette and quickly flip over and cook till both sides are browned.
8. Cook for another 2-3 mins and turn off the stove.
9. Ready to serve hot.
